I heard a co-worker of mine use a fantastic analogy that I thought was spot on: happy bees make good honey. In the same way, we think happy SAVOites make good SAVO.
It’s true. We do make good SAVO. In fact, we make great SAVO! How? We have happy SAVOites with big brains and bright ideas. One way we keep this group happy is by allowing them to be flexible in their workplace. This is why we truly value flexibility in the workplace.
Others think so too! Last year, SAVO was the recipient of the Alfred P. Sloan Award for Workplace Excellence – a contest that was co-sponsored by the Chicago Chamber of Commerce and the Families and Work Institute. We just learned last week and SAVO is moving into the final rounds of the contest for this year – proof that we continue to keep our SAVOites and their big brains happy!
