TelePacific is a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier, providing voice and data services on TelePacific owned switches and network infrastructure to business customers throughout California and Nevada. The Company is the largest telecommunications carrier in its region, second only to AT&T, Verizon and CenturyLink in their respective markets. TelePacific’s SAVO site, named “the BRAIN,” enables sales, marketing and subject matter experts throughout the company, as well as their valuable channel partners. The Savo implementation has been a huge win for TelePacific. User adoption from day one has been great as has the instant impact on non-tenured sales people. Every day we find more ways to leverage the system and we are only 3 weeks into launch. I am happy to speak to anyone about our experience with the platform and implementation.
